West End United’s dismal season continued as they dropped their 6th game of the season to Inter FC 45.  Both teams played well matched game until Inter FC was award a penalty shot on a very week hand ball call that broke the deadlock half way through the first half.  Inter FC added one more goal early in the second half as West End came out flat to start the next 35 minutes.  They did have their chances on goal including Oscar’s hard shot from a tight angle that came off a post.  Dario finally put West End on the board for his 3rd of the season with a thunderous shot from outside of the penalty box. Defensively, West End played a sold disciplined game, but with 7 players missing out of the line up the lack of midfield ball control was very evident.  With half of the season now behind them and with only one point from a tie against Parkland Masters West End finds themselves in the “basement” of the division without much game time and a lot of hard work ahead to do something about it.
