First meeting between West End United and Victoria was another high scoring affair in Victoria’s favor.  Bartek opened up the scoring in the 3rd minute of the match for his second of the season finishing Alberto’s great corner kick with a beautiful header.  Victoria came back 6 minutes later to tie the game and then took a commanding 5 -1 lead before the end of the first half.  West End produced some very good scoring opportunities but unfortunately failed to beat Victoria’s keeper.  Half way through the second half, Janusz and Tomasz combined for West End’s second goal of the night.  Tomasz finished a great feed from Janusz into the penalty box beating the keeper on a one-on-one situation and burying the ball in the back of the net.  Bartek added one more towards the end of the match and then shortly after was denied his third which Victoria’s keeper paid for in some pain.  Again, in the second half West End produced some very good scoring opportunities but kept missing the mark to reduce the goal difference.  Towards the end of the match the referee’s ego started to shine through as there were some no-calls on obvious fouls that thankfully did not end up in player injuries.  Even though Victoria dominated most of the match, the seven-goal difference does not directly reflect West End’s performance as the team played a very good game, but just could not capitalize on their chances.
