West End's battle to hold on to the second place in the division did not end well as they fell to Luxur FC 45  by a score of 7 - 4.  Luxur FC scored 4 unanswered goals in the first 25 minutes of the game as West End tried to settle into their game and get something positive going.   Wasseem, who played the game injured, was the first to find the net for his forth goal of the season.  However, Luxur scored one more goal and the first half ended in a 5 - 1 Luxur lead.  West End re-grouped and played a much better second half allowing only two goals and scoring 3 of their own.  Peter scored his second goal of the season and played a great ball to Kevin who scored a nice goal from distance for his first of the season.  Glenn also added a goal to his total as a "rocket" from Cam went off the cross bar and found its way into the net off of "well positioned" Glenn 🙂   Phu played a fantastic game in net making some great and key saves to keep the score closer then it could have been.  The 8 vs. 8 format continues to give West End trouble as they lost 2 out of 3 matches on the smaller field so far this season.
